Marcos Bisonó Haza accumulates a vast experience of more than 30 years of professional practice as a lawyer, where he has structured and managed with success transactions of great impact in the judicial and business matters of the Dominican Republic, such as acquisitions, mergers, and sales of Banking and Insurance entities, as well, has managed important litigation cases in the Dominican Tribunals. Has been the representative of the private sector in the drafting and round of discussions of projects of laws and treaties nationally and internationally such as the World Health Organization.
